Our promise
If you are not fully happy with your Nasaq piece, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return it for a refund or exchange. This policy is designed to be fair and simple — the pieces are made to feel right on you, and if a piece does not, we will make it right.
What can be returned
• Any full-price Nasaq item, within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent.
• Fabric should be free of makeup stains, perfume marks, or damage.
What cannot be returned
• Items marked "Final Sale" (only applies to pieces from a closing capsule collection — at launch there are none).
• Gift cards.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
How to return
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our social media page/s or email info@nasaq-eg.com. Include your order number and a short reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours (Saturday-Thursday) with a return reference and pickup instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging with the return reference note.
4. A Bosta courier will pick up the parcel from your address within 2-3 business days (for Cairo, Giza, Alexandria — other governorates may take longer).
5. Once we receive the return and verify the item is in original condition, we process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
• Cash on delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash / InstaPay. We will ask for your details when we process the return.
• Card / payment gateway orders (when Paymob is enabled): refunded to the original card within 5-14 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per order. If the size you ordered does not fit, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a size swap. We cover the outbound shipping of the new size; you cover the return shipping of the original piece (100 EGP). For any second exchange on the same order, standard return shipping applies both ways.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is sold out, we will offer a refund instead or a store credit you can use on the next drop.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping charges you paid.
