🚚 Shipping Policy

At Levitate Egypt, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently across all governorates in Egypt.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation call/message before shipping.

We ship to all governorates across Egypt.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Typical shipping rates:
- Cairo & Giza: EGP 100
- Other governorates: EGP 100 (for a limited time)

🚨 Free shipping may be available on selected offers or orders above a certain value.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the courier will reschedule delivery.
Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or confirmation message via SMS/WhatsApp (This step depends on the courier).

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or fees.
